Our Price Match Guarantee means that if you find any of our in-stock branded jewellery or watches being sold for less elsewhere, we'll gladly match the advertised price or discount code, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The product is identical and currently in stock.
• The retailer is an authorised stockist.
• The price is advertised by that retailer online, or in store.
• The item is not pre-order with the competitor and can be delivered within 7 working days.

Please note that the Mococo Price Match is not available for online-only retailers.

How It Works:

At the time of purchase:

Email or live chat with us. We will require the product description, the name of the authorised retailer, the advertised price, any applicable discount code, confirmation of the product's availability for immediate purchase (with delivery within 2-3 days), and the agreed payment method and terms.

Terms & Conditions of the Mococo Price Match:

• The Mococo Price Match applies to branded jewellery and watches but excludes Mococo's own jewellery.
• Products covered by the Mococo Price Match must be identical in name, model, colour, and finish. They must be new, undamaged, not pre-owned, and sold directly through an authorised stockist in the UK in GBP (£).
• The Price Match is valid for items that are currently in stock at the authorised retailer and available for immediate purchase (with delivery within 2-3 days). It does not apply to products that need to be ordered or have a specified delivery time of a week or more.
• If the same finance terms are available at the other authorised retailer, finance options can be matched under the Mococo Price Match.
• Price Match requests involving discount and voucher codes will be matched if we can verify the validity of the offer at the time of reviewing the Price Match request.
• The Mococo Price Match cannot be combined with any other Mococo promotion or discount offer.
